Scope and Contents
This record group documents student organizations at the College throughout its history with the earliest materials dating to 1848. Records of these organizations are arranged into the following eleven series: Academic Organizations; Arts Organizations; Campus Service Organizations; Club Sports and Recreational Organizations; Media Organizations; Multicultural Organizations; Peer Education Organizations; Philanthropic Organizations; Pre-Professional Organizations; Religious Organizations and Special Interest Organizations. Within each series, individual clubs and organizations are arranged in alphabetical order.

Historical Note
CAB is the major programming organization on campus. Its purpose is to promote the cultural, recreational and social aspects of the student. Run by students, the focus of this board is to plan, program and provide activities for the entire campus. It provides a wide variety of activities in the areas of performing arts, special events, outings, social events and weekly entertainment at Crossroads and the Pub.
