Scope and Contents
The Political Science Deparment record group is split in to three series:
Series 1: Office Files
Series 2: Courses, Curriculum, and Catalog Changes
Series 3: Teaching Files
Series 1: Office Files contains one document box organized chronologically. It contains correspondences between the dean and the department, and the department head and faculty. Correspondences relate to issues of schedules, speakers, and semeser-based hiring and leave.
Series 2: Courses, Curriculum, and Catalog Changes contains one document box containing course handbooks, major guidelines, course descriptions, schedules, and information on the Honors Program. It is ordered chronologically.
Series 3: Teaching Files contains records pertaining to professor-specific courses. This includes syllabi, final exams, and other course materials. It is organized alphabetically by professor last name.
