This record group documents student organizations at the College throughout its history with the earliest materials dating to 1848. Records of these organizations are arranged into the following eleven series: Academic Organizations; Arts Organizations; Campus Service Organizations; Club Sports and Recreational Organizations; Media Organizations; Multicultural Organizations; Peer Education Organizations; Philanthropic Organizations; Pre-Professional Organizations; Religious Organizations and Special Interest Organizations. Within each series, individual clubs and organizations are arranged in alphabetical order.

Historical Note

The Holy Cross Alpha Gamma chapter of the Semper Fidelis Society aimed for future Marine Officers enrolled at Holy Cross to receive and disseminate information pertinent to better understanding future military responsibilities, protect and stimulate traditions and ideals of the U.S. Marine Corps, and promote good fellowship among its members.
