Historical Note
Holy Cross sponsors 27 varsity sports, each of which competes at the NCAA Division I level. The Holy Cross Baseball team has a rich history dating back to the late 19th century. Amongst other notable moments in the team's history, the team won the 1952 NCAA tournament against Missouri, HC 8 to Missouri 4.
