Historical Note

Holy Cross sponsors 27 varsity sports, each of which competes at the NCAA Division I level. The women's lacrosse team has participated in the Patriot League. Players on the team have earned numerous awards such as the John C. Lawlor Medal in 2012 and the COSIDA Academic All-America award in 1999. Additionally, the team won the Patriot League Championship game in 2006 and 2007.
