This series includes a collection of negatives taken by Edwin Hess, class of 1948. He compiled photos of the campus, sports teams, special events and student portraits. He was on the staff of the Purple Patcher and the Purple during his junior and senior years.

Scope and Contents This record group includes several discrete photograph collections that were primarily donated by Holy Cross Alumni. These collections date from the 1920s to 2001 and relate to life at Holy Cross. Each has retained its provenance and the original organizational scheme developed by the creator of these collections has been maintained whenever possible.
