Miscellaneous Correspondence and Photographs

This collection, compiled by Charles E. Hudson between 1900 and 1904, contains letters requesting photographs of those involved with the translation, editing and publication of the Jesuit Relations. Each of the 45 folders contains a letter or photograph responding to Hudson’s request for a photograph. In most cases the respondents sent their photograph to Hudson. The collection is arranged alphabetically and the 46th folder contains miscellaneous correspondence, mostly from those unable to comply with Hudson’s request.
