Black and white photographs of family and friends

The Rev. Ambrose J. Mahoney, S.J. Papers include personal handwritten correspondence dating primarily from the 1940s-1970s, as well as Rev. Mahoney’s birth certificate, diplomas, and written eulogies. Also, the collection contains newspaper articles and documents regarding his sister, Sister Hildegarde Marie Mahoney and the Carmelite Nuns from Danvers, MA. The majority of this collection holds Fr. Mahoney’s photographs, which range in date from the 1910s to the 1980s. These are personal photographs and include images of his family, friends, and fellow clergymen.
