Ernest H. Vaughan Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection contains two volumes belongin to Ernest H. Vaughan. The first is contains his notes taken during lectures pertaining to law of corporations from 1883. The second is a scrapbook with newspaper clippings pertaining to when John F. Fitzgerald, Mayor of Boston, vetoed an order, which granted rights and locations throughout Boston to the Metropolitian Home Telephone Company in 1906.

Biographical Note
Little biograhical information is known about Ernest H. Vaughan. He was a lawyer and lived in the city of Worcester. From 1926 to 1927, he was the president of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
