John W. Walber Papers
Lithuanians in Worcester Collection
This collection consists of one small box of pamphlets related to the history of Lithuanians in Worcester, MA. There are anniversary booklets for the St. Casimir’s Catholic Church’s 50th and 75th anniversary as well as other pamphlets in both Lithuanian and English.
Manuscripts Collection
This collection consists of small manuscript collections many of which are singular items. It is believed that most were donated to the college at various points of time. Items in the collection are arranged in alphabetical order. There is one box of oversize materials.
Margaret Freije, Dean of the College Records
This record group contains material relating to Margaret Freije during the time she was the Dean of the College, including biographical information, meeting minutes, programs, brochures, and reports. It is arranged in chronological order. Material dating to when Freije was Provost and Dean of the College may be found in RG13-02.
Mary Nourse Autograph Album
This volume is a hardcover autograph book entitled “Cherished Memories,” dating to the early 1860s. The most common date for autographs is 1861, but there are signatures from 1862-1864 and 1867. Quotations accompany many of the autographs, and most autographs are dated. Some include passages or poetry. The majority of the signatories are from Watertown, MA
Massachusetts Women’s Christian Temperance Union Cuisine Recipe Book
Men’s and Women’s Athletic Teams
This record group contains materials pertaining to the men's and women's athletic teams that operate jointly and typically have the same coaching staff. Series 1 contains the records of the Swimming and Diving team including records pertaining to operations, meets and championships, press releases, and news print dating from 1952 to 2018.
Michael Healy Papers
This Record Group contains primary and secondary sources pertaining to Michael Healy, including a meteorological report of St. Michael, Alaska from 1882 completed by Healy. The biographical and historical writings about Healy include newsaper clippings, periodical articles, and a book typescript.
Miles of Girls: Musical Play
This collection contains the text and musical score of two act musical play entitled, Miles of Girls written by Louis C. Renaud and James L. Sharp. Two of the compositions of the musical were written by Renaud as a teenager.
The play takes place in Lowell, Massachusetts in the nineteenth century as thousands of young women came to work in the cotton mills. It was adapted from their writings of the women and portrays some of the challenges that they faced.
