Scope and Contents The book is a published manuscript of a collection of recipes compiled by the Massachusetts Women’s Christian Temperance Union. It was published by E.B. Stillings & Co. Printers of Boston, MA in 1878. It contains recipes for the preparation of meats, soups, pies, ect. Scope and Contents This collection was assembled by Patrick O’Connor. It consists of assorted documents, each with an autograph of a governor of Massachusetts. In total, there are 36 governors' autographs in the collection. They are arranged chronologically with each governor having his own folder. The collection begins with John Hancock who served from 1780-85 and ends with Ebenezer Draper who served, 1901-1911.
