Scope and Contents

Athletics Administration documents the operations, governance, and management of the College’s athletic programs. Materials date from 1897 to the present and include the Athletic Association Constitution and bylaws, administrative reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, policies and procedures, news clippings, brochures, and handbooks. The records are arranged chronologically.

Scope and Contents

Athletics Communications documents the Athletics Department’s public relations, communications, and marketing activities. Materials date from 1945 to 2026 and include news clippings, press releases, game and season schedules, newsletters, brochures, calendars, press books, and other promotional materials. Marketing materials for individual sports are primarily filed within the corresponding sport record groups. The records are arranged chronologically.

Scope and Contents This record group contains materials pertaining to the men's and women's athletic teams that operate jointly and typically have the same coaching staff. The first series contains the records of the Swimming and Diving team including records pertaining to operations, meets and championships, press releases, and news print dating from 1952 to 2018. Scope and Contents This record group documents student organizations at the College throughout its history with the earliest materials dating to 1848.
