Athletics Administration documents the operations, governance, and management of the College’s athletic programs. Materials date from 1897 to the present and include the Athletic Association Constitution and bylaws, administrative reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, policies and procedures, news clippings, brochures, and handbooks. The records are arranged chronologically.

Athletics Communications documents the Athletics Department’s public relations, communications, and marketing activities. Materials date from 1945 to 2026 and include news clippings, press releases, game and season schedules, newsletters, brochures, calendars, press books, and other promotional materials. Marketing materials for individual sports are primarily filed within the corresponding sport record groups. The records are arranged chronologically.
