Scope and Contents The College Image Collection is an artificially constructed assemblage of visual materials, primarily photographs, assigned to this collection due to their visual content. This record group contains records pertaining to the Counseling Center and Career Planning Office from 1900 to 1998. It is divided into the following four series: Teacher’s Bureau Records, 1900 - 1912; Series 2: Placement Office, 1930-1975; Series 3: Counseling Center, 1961-1972; and Counseling Center and Career Planning Office, 1975-1998.

This record group includes the records of the Office of Residence Life & Housing dating from 1938 to 2008. It primarily includes correspondence between staff members and students regarding housing policies. Additionally, the record group contains training manuals for Residential Assistants as well as their meeting notes.

Scope and Contents This record group includes several discrete photograph collections that were primarily donated by Holy Cross Alumni. These collections date from the 1920s to 2001 and relate to life at Holy Cross. Each has retained its provenance and the original organizational scheme developed by the creator of these collections has been maintained whenever possible. This record group mostly contains student handbooks created by the division of Student Affairs. The handbooks date from circa 1920 to 2017. There are some gaps in the collection and it is not known if it is due to a handbook not being published that year or if a copy was never transferred to the archives. Additionally, there are copies of annual reports from the division, printed material such as flyers and brochures, and blank student id cards dating from 1950 to 1989.
